These Terms of Use govern your access to bluegranitebookkeeping.com, operated by Creative Connection Consulting LLC doing business as Blue Granite Bookkeeping (“Blue Granite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
No professional relationship
Visiting the website, submitting a form, using chat, texting us, or scheduling a consultation does not create a bookkeeping, accounting, CFO advisory, tax, legal, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only after both parties sign a written engagement agreement. If an engagement agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls for the services it covers.
No tax, legal, investment, or assurance advice
Website content is educational and may not reflect current laws, regulations, or your circumstances. We do not provide legal or investment advice through this website. Unless specifically included in a signed engagement agreement, our services do not include audits, reviews, compilations, tax-return preparation, or assurance that information is free from fraud or error.
SMS terms
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Blue Granite may send conversational and service-related messages concerning inquiries, appointments, onboarding, document reminders, account questions, deadlines, and active client services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email office@bgbks.com. We may send one final confirmation after an opt-out request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business informational purposes. You may not disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy substantial portions, impersonate another person, or violate law or another person’s rights.
Consultation forms and communications
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that we may contact you about your inquiry. Do not transmit confidential financial records, passwords, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through public forms, ordinary email, chat, or SMS. Current clients should use the secure systems provided for client information.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, branding, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Blue Granite. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal use, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or embed scheduling, chat, analytics, SMS, social media, client portal, or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
No guarantees and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee business results, savings, profitability, financing, tax outcomes, search rankings, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Granite and Creative Connection Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Our total liability for a claim based solely on use of this public website will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning this website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New Hampshire, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
