These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blue Granite Bookkeeping website and our remote bookkeeping services (“Services”). By accessing our website or using our
Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Services
Blue Granite Bookkeeping provides remote bookkeeping services to clients. Our Services include but are not limited to financial record keeping, transaction categorization, account
reconciliation, and financial reporting. Specific terms and conditions for our Services may be outlined in separate agreements with our clients.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, images, graphics, photos, audio, video, and other content (“Content”) that you submit, post, or display on or through our Services.

5. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay for Services in accordance with the terms agreed upon in separate agreements or invoices. Payments are due as specified and may be subject to late fees if not paid on time.

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blue Granite Bookkeeping or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error- free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Granite Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or

access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Granite Bookkeeping, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Hampshire, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
